Team Development

QuickBlast has been developed for teams and organisations that recognise the value and importance of continuing professional development, and want excellent quality, but are time-poor.

QuickBlast Team Development is a half day of fast-paced activity and discussion that will enable you to identify the strengths within your team, the issues they face, and to develop strategies for dealing with them. Team members will be able to take ownership of any problems, and implement practical solutions for dealing with them.

QuickBlast Team Development sessions are particularly effective at getting a team back on track, identifying the common goals and the skills within the team that will help you to meet them.

The QuickBlast process:

1. Initial discussion with team leader regarding aims, aspirations, problems and issues.
2. Anonymous questionnaires, completed by all team members, are submitted to RST Consulting.
3. QuickBlast programme is delivered, including discussion, activity, review, development of Team Charter and strategies for dealing with issues, including assigning responsibility to individual team members and time scale.
4. Strategies and Charter implemented back into the organisation, with telephone and email support from RST Consulting

QuickBlast Team Development provides opportunity for managers to work with the team, and gain knowledge on how the team works, and what everyone can do to make it more effective.

This is a session for all teams, at whatever stage in their development, and will re-vitalise the team, enable you to integrate new team members, evaluate the team’s current strengths, prepare for change and work more effectively in a highly motivated environment.

QuickBlast Extension

QuickBlast Extensions are a range of products that enable you to add a period of consolidation to your QuickBlast programme.

They consist of an afternoon of practical activities and reviews that provide opportunity for your team to implement new ways of working, demonstrate effective communication and extend discussion regarding the way the team works.

QuickBlast Extensions are available with indoor, outdoor or adventurous activities, either following on directly from a QuickBlast Team Development session, or at any time up to 2 months of your initial QuickBlast programme.
