Manager's Toolkit
In a vast number of Small, Medium and Large businesses,
people are promoted to Management level because of their technical
ability and/or long service. The ability to manage people is often
overlooked.
RST Consulting offers a range of training programmes that help Managers
to develop the skills to motivate, coach, lead, appraise and develop
their teams, as well as managing the day to day running of a team
including running meetings, resolving conflict and reviewing performance.
The Manager’s Toolkit is a selection of critical skill development
programmes. These link together to provide a wide range of management
tools.
The Manager’s Toolkit is available to organisations who are
aiming to develop their managers through formal training. The complete
kit consists of 9 training sessions:
You can choose one or more of these tools,
and run them over consecutive days, months or years! You can have
all managers attend all training days, or allow Managers to pick
and choose those that are most appropriate for them.
All training is supported by tasks which consolidate learning in
the times between training programmes.
