Our bespoke experiential training programmes focus on team members completing activities, tasks, projects and exercises, and relating the experiences back into the workplace.

The type of activities that can be incorporated into your programme will depend on the duration of the programme, the geographical location of the programme, the level of adventure requested and, most importantly, the desired outcomes from the training.

We can design a programme to meet your requirements with indoor, outdoor or adventure activities. We can deliver activities that involve the traditional planks and barrels, Lego®, purpose-designed training tools, mountains and lakes, an entire film crew or an empty room and lots of imagination.

Each and every programme is designed to take account of the structure of your organisation, the methods of communication, the current issues and the future aims and goals your team, and the organisation as a whole.

The review is the most important part of any team development training programme. Learning through experience is only effective when those experiences are contextualised and related back into the workplace.
